Prerequisite: ACC 201 The course covers managerial accounting and how it is used by managers within organizations, to provide them with the basis to make informed operational business decisions. Topics emphasized are pro forma financial statements, budgets, cash flow analysis, forecasting, direct costing, break-even analysis, andcapital expenditures.
