Certificate of ProficiencyPeirce College
The Certificate of Proficiency is the first of two stackable certificates and is for the employee who engages clients or customers, often as the first point of contact.� The 16 credits include courses that will help build outlook resiliency, technology fundamentals, writing, and intercultural communications.� Students may complete this certificate and continue on to the Certificate of Proficiency in Quality Service Management and/or Associate of Science in Leadership Development degree.
Outcomes
Upon successful completion of this program, graduates will be able to: Identify and use fundamental skill sets necessary for academic and professional success. Explain key elements of successful customer service. Demonstrate the ability to work and communicate effectively with others. Understand the importance of one's role to the success of the organization.
